Membership The person whom the card is issued (the "Cardholder") shall sign on the card immediately upon receipt and shall not permit any other person to use and shall at all times safeguard the Card and keep it under the Cardholder's personal control and safe custody. The Card shall not be transferable and is solely exclusive for the benefit of Cardholder only. The Card shall be valid for 5 years from the date of issuance (*date stated in the Card) it will be easier if we standardize it to unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions herein stated ("T&C"). By acknowledging or using the Card (whichever is earlier), the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&C as amended and / or supplemented from time to time by PONEY GARMENTS SDN BHD ("CI") or WORLDCARD SERVICES SDN BHD (the "Operator").
