Executive, International Business Unit

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all correspondence and organizing contact between the Account Managers and their business partner/ franchisee as well as internal departments.
  • Maintaining key account records and sales.
  • Taking, progressing and monitoring from orders till delivery.
  • To delegate and complete tasks in the absences of the Key Account Manager and also devising and maintaining office work including screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling meeting and greeting franchisee/business partner, organizing and  coordinate appointments.
  • To professionally handle any enquiries, suggestions, proposals and complaints from key account / business partner.
  • Provide assistance and support to Key Account Managers on day to day operations.
  • All coordination works for the International Business Units Team (IBU).
  • Franchisee Database Updates & Email/SMS Blasting to all related parties.
  • Updates reports and keep track on monthly sales achievement for Key Account Managers.
  • To follow up closely on every operation progress and ensuring it was completed within the dateline.
  • To maintain cordial and cooperative working relationship with all other related department within the Company in the spirit of teamwork.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality with at least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Fluent in both written & oral communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates with good initiative, trustworthy, self-motivated team player with the ability to maintain high confidentiality and excellent planning and organization skills to prioritize work and follow-up with deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently; multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-pace environment with a high degree of confidentiality.

Executive, Management Information System

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level of support for IT operations including IT systems and equipments for Poney stores and fairs.
  • To deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged, prioritized and resolved within agreed timeframe.
  • Provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occuring, escalate to next level of support when necessary.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in retail line.
  • Experience in supporting POS system is an added advantage.
  • Good service oriented mindset with a strong focus on internal clients approach and committed to exceed internal clients expectations.
  • Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under presurre.

Executive/Sr. Executive, Fashion Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in sourcing of vendors, product development, order placement, production progress and shipment coordination in line with company SOP
  • Work independently on assigned product collections and categories to ensure timely delivery and achieving required  product costing, margin and quality standard
  • Meeting deadlines on order placement, bulk production and sample requirement for event of presentation, tradeshow, photo shooting, fitting session, A&P activities that required by management
  • Coordinate with buying instruction for order placement and issuing of purchase order to vendors
  • Checking of designer’s job sheet with detail information, allocation of vendor for sample development and follow up with costing negotiation for buying meeting
  • Responsible for correct approval of material, trims, fitting and presentation of product specification request on design job sheets
  • To assist superior and take up ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel and work independently
  • Candidate familiar with garment manufacturing details & production preffed.
  • Candidate able to speak and write in Chinese will be a better advantage.

 

 

 

Executive, Group Merchandising

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and selecting a range of products to sell in retail outlets.
  • Keep a date with markets trends and react to changes in demand area.
  • Regularly reviewing performance indicators, e.g sales and discount levels.
  • Inventory monitoring , evaluating and consolidation.
  • Liaise with shop personnel to ensure product/collection supply meets demand.
  • Delivery and launching distribution follow up.
  • Seek feedback from customers on product bought and observe customer buying trend/buying power.
  • Do market survey by observing surrounding area competitors, compare competitors’ selling price and analyze their collections.
  • Participating in promotional activities.
  • Able to take up ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in buying with retail line.

Executive, Visual Merchandising

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and update visual presentation and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store appearance and environment.
  • Manage and execute creative product and merchandise presentation within the stores from a creative and commercial perspective in line with company’s expectations and visual merchandising direction.
  • Preferably candidates with strong sense of fashion coordination and a good understanding of latest current fashion trends.
  • Conduct, coach and implement VM training to in-store visual merchandiser/s and store staff.
  • Source and propose of props and visual merchandising display related to seasonal launch.
  • Collaborate cohesively with the different interfaces and department from merchandising/store planning and sales/operations.
  • Involve and conceptualize new thematic theme for promotional event, new launches and other matters within the visual merchandising calendar.
  • Assembling and dismantling visual display in window and on-store.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in Visual Merchandising/Art/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese with good computer knowledge.
  • At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Visual Merchandising or equivalent.

Executive, Retail Operation

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the tenancy agreement/business contract including maintain and update of the agreement/contract schedule
  • Monitoring the submission of tenancy agreement and necessary documents
  • To deal with landlord and solicitor with close monitoring of the progress
  • To analyze and perform market research for the best leasing criteria, negotiating contract to meet the business operation requirement
  • Assist Head of Retail Operation in the daily operation and administration of the department
  • Coordinating the tasks of the Head of Retail Operation including the meeting schedule, liaison with malls, report writing and other task as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in leasing and retail operation roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Able to speak, read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
  • Good understanding of the retail property leasing market will be an added advantage.

Assistant/Executive, Group Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities:

 

  • To perform daily accounting operations in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation & other day to day duties such as data entry, daily collection update & cheque issues.
  • To prepare month-end closing and completion of full set of account.
  • To provide support and assistance to the superior in finance and accounting functions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • To be responsible in aspects of Account Receivable function. (Account Assistant)
  • Assist in invoicing, issue cheque, raise payment voucher, etc.
  • Generic account posting and bookkeeping.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

 

Requirements:
