IT Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct front-end & back-end system training
• Set-up, configure & maintenance of front-end system
• Hardware & software installation, testing, evaluation & recommendation
• System maintenance & housekeeping
• Handle & support daily operation - sales update, month end processing.
• Prepare & update user manual and documentation.
• Prepare standard weekly & monthly reports & ensure all posting are up-to-date.
• Customize reports based on user's requirement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in I.T
• At least 2 years working experience in related field.
• Preferably with X-Retail / X-Enterprise experience.
• Similar working experience in retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Posses own transport and willing to travel.
• Willing to work on ad-hoc projects/assignments
• Able to meet deadlines & to work as a team.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
