Order Processing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry in processing sales order, billing, sales transaction, etc.
  • Prepare and compile related reports
  • Ensure smooth month end and year-end closing of Sales Order
  • Prepare & update warehouse related documentations. Filing and housekeeping of records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Min. SPM qualification
  • Able to work late to meet deadline
  • Those with working experience in a trading house, retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company with a high volume of transactions would be preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders from Colleges are encouraged to apply.
